SMART MeetingPro

SMART Meeting Pro is one of SMART’s first corporate collaborative solutions allowing participants to share screen and displays across the globe as if you’re in the same room.

Share files and displays through Smart MeetingPro, annotate over programs and write meeting notes. After the creation of a meeting room with name and password, users can simply enter the room, and then proceed with the meeting, allowing distributed teams to collaborate on a single objective.

If you have more than one Smart board to work with, multiple teams can work together on a board, or a single team can make notes together on multiple boards (up to sixteen boards). And with the sharing of computer displays, makes this all effortless.

After the meeting has taken place, you can later view and sort your pages as thumbnails, save the notes generated from the meeting to your computer, USB key, print from PDF’s, or email them to the team. No longer do you need to copy whiteboard notes!
